Jinsanshi Launches High-Performance Servo System to Domestic and International Markets

As the demand for servo products in domestic and foreign markets continues to expand, Jinsanshi is currently committed to the promotion of servo products in order to meet customer needs. This year, our high-performance version of the servo AS series officially entered the domestic and foreign markets.

Compared with similar products on the market, the main features of AS series products are as follows:

Servo drives are divided into pulse type, EtherCAT bus communication and PROFINET bus communication. Real-time transmission of user data, process data and diagnostic data can be realized through one cable.

Thanks to the improved computing power of the main control chip, improved current feedback sampling, and high-precision and high-resolution encoder (23-bit absolute value optical encoding), the current loop adjustment performance of the Servo System has been improved, and the speed loop bandwidth can reach 3.2kHz. The servo Dynamic response and positioning completion time are further optimized.

It is beneficial to reduce the trajectory error during multi-axis linkage; the combination of the two can significantly improve the effect of multi-axis trajectory applications.

IP67 (motor with 80 flange and below)/IP65 (above 80 flange) protection design, supports 3.5 times overload, and has 17bit and 23bit encoders optional.

Thanks to the IPM electromagnetic solution design, the motor power density is higher, and the length can be shortened by 5-20% compared to common servo motors on the market;

Combined with the high-density small magnetic gap design and slot full rate process optimization, the rated load temperature rise of the motor is reduced by 5-10°C year-on-year.
